HSSC/SSH Special Exams Policy/Roll No Slip/Date Sheet 2023

HSSC/SSH Special Exams 2023 have been conducted from 27-11-2023. Candidates who want to improve their numbers can appear in special exams 2023. HSSC/SSH Special Exams Fee Schedule Deadline

Single Fee: 15-10-2023 to 26-10-2023
Double Fee: 27-10-2023 to 01-11-2023
Triple Fee: 01-11-2023 to 08-11-2023

The fee schedule may be decrease or increase.

Note: The candidates are directed to submit their special exams fee to HBL Bank.

Question 1: Which students can take the special exam?

جواب: اسپیشل امتحان وہ سٹوڈنٹس دے سکتے ہیں جنہوں نے تیاری نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے کلاس دہم یا بارہویں کا امتحان نہیں دیا تھا اس کے علاوہ وہ سٹوڈنٹس اسپیشل امتحان دے سکتے ہیں جن سٹوڈنٹس کو لگے کے ہمارے کلاس دہم یا بارہویں میں مارکس کم ہیں اور وہ اگر امپرو کرنا چاہیں گے تو وہ بھی اسپیشل امتحان دے سکتے ہیں

سوال 2:

کلاس بارہویں اور دہم کا اسپیشل امتحان کس ڈیٹ کو لیا جائے گا؟

جواب: بارہویں کلاس کا اسپیشل امتحان 27 نومبر بروز ہفتہ سے شروع ہو گا جبکہ کلاس دہم کا اسپیشل امتحان 11 دسمبر بروز ہفتہ سے شروع ہوگا.

سوال 3: کیا اسپیشل امتحان کی داخلہ فیس ہوگی؟

جواب: جن سٹوڈنٹس نے پچھلی بار داخلہ فیس ادا کرکے تیاری نہ ہونے یا کسی وجہ سے کلاس بارہویں یا کلاس دہم کا امتحان نہیں دیا تھا ان سٹوڈنٹس کا ابھی کنفرم نہیں ہوا کہ ان سے دوبارہ فیس لی جائے گی یا نہیں لیکن جو سٹوڈنٹس پاس ہیں ان کے مارکس کم ہیں اور آگے یونیورسٹی یا کالج میں داخلہ نہیں ملتا ہے اور وہ امپرو کرنا چاہیں گے تو ان سے داخلہ فیس ضرور لی جائے گی

سوال 4:

جو سٹوڈنٹس اسپیشل امتحان دیں گے ان کا تو رزلٹ لیٹ آئے گا تو کیا اسپیشل امتحان والے سٹوڈنٹس کو کالج یا یونیورسٹی ایڈمیشن دے گی؟

جواب: جی ہاں دے گی کیونکہ جب سٹوڈنٹس احتجاج کررہے تھے ابھی ہماری تیاری نہیں ہے 1 مہینہ اور وقت دیں تو شفقت محمود نے خود کہا تھا جن سٹوڈنٹس کی تیاری نہیں ہے وہ اگر امتحان نہیں دینا چاہتے تو نہ دیں وہ نومبر میں ہونے والے اسپیشل امتحان میں اپئیر ہو سکتے ہیں تو سٹوڈنٹس نے کہا تھا کہ اسپیشل امتحان کا رزلٹ تو لیٹ آئے گا یونیورسٹیز اور کالجز کے ایڈمیشنز بند ہو چکے ہوں گے تو شفقت محمود نے کہا تھا کہ اسپیشل امتحان کے رزلٹ کے بعد کالجز اور یونیورسٹیز دوبارہ ایڈمیشنز اوپن کرنے کے پابند ہوں گے

سوال 5: کیا اسپیشل امتحان سپلیمنری امتحان تصور کیا جائے گا اور رزلٹ کارڈ پر اینول کی بجائے سپلیمنری لکھا ہو؟

جواب: جی نہیں شفقت محمود نے کہا کہ اسپیشل امتحان کو بھی اینول امتحان تصور کیا جائے گا اور رزلٹ کارڈ پر اینول مینشن کیا جائے گا

سوال 6:

اسپیشل امتحان سابقہ سمارٹ سلیبس سے لیا جائے گا یا پورے سلیبس سے لیا جائے گا؟

جواب: اسپیشل امتحان بھی پچھلے امتحان کی طرح سمارٹ سلیبس سے لیا جائے گا

سوال 7: کلاس دہم اور بارہویں کے اسپیشل امتحان کے داخلے کب جائیں گے؟

جواب: جی نہیں یاد رہے کہ جب بھی آپ کسی بھی کلاس کو امپرو کرتے ہیں تو آپ کے مارکس اگر پہلے مارکس سے کم آجاتے ہیں تو آپ کو فیل نہیں کیا جائے گا آپ کا پاس والا پرانا رزلٹ کارڈ ہی آپ کو دیا جائے گا

یاد رہے کہ امپرو کے دوران نہ کسی کے مارکس کم کیے جاتے ہیں اور نہ فیل کیا جاتاہے

سوال 9:

کیا کلاس نہم اور گیارہویں کے سٹوڈنٹس امپرو کرسکتے ہیں؟

جواب: جی نہیں امپرو صرف کلاس دہم اور بارہویں کے پاس سٹوڈنٹس کرسکتے ہیں.

اپنے ذرائع سے یہی پتا لگا ہے باقی کوئی تفصیلی نوٹیفکیشن آئے گا تو باقی سب واضح ہونا۔

آخر میں میرا ماننا ہے کہ وہ طلباء جو اگلے سال مارکس امپرو کرنا چاہتے ہیں وہ نومبر میں ہونے والے سپیشل امتحانات میں ہی اپنے مارکس امپرو کرنے کی کوشش کر لیں میرے خیال میں اگلے سال امتحانات دینا اور ایک سال ضائع کرنا بیوقوفی ہوگی باقی آپ لوگوں کی مرضی۔
