Registration
Hajam / Baber has to visit their nearby health department office and bring CNIC with you for the registration process. Your complete detail must be there for your proper registration process. The barber, who gets registration, will be able to run his/her shop further. This is an ordinance that is applied by the Government of Pakistan. According to act 2018 and rules 2019, this is passed by the Government of Pakistan to get registration.
Inspection
There will be series of inspections which is done by the health officers/inspector. it is important to check all the health conditions at your shop. The process of Checking the Schedule will be continuous for three months after getting registration.
Issuance of Temporary license
There will be a good step for the safety of the barber; there will be a temporary license which I will be issued by the health department office to run the shop. The health inspector will visit the shop for three months to check basic SOPs regarding health. When the inspector officer gives a positive response back to the department then the permanent license will be issued.

Instructions/ Hajam SOPs Awareness & Practice
There will be some SOPs regarding ensuring the health conditions will be in the barber’s shop. The barber will be trained by the health department for further safety of the customer and barber too.
Hepatitis B+C Checkup
The barber has to test hepatitis B+C. If there are some other workers there in a beauty parlor, then there is a need to make their test too. If anyone of them gets hepatitis then there is a need to send that worker at home for rest and complete recovery.
Issuance of Final License
The final and permanent license will be issued after three months. The license will be issued by the health department after a positive response back of the inspector. The barber has to display that license in his/her shop. There must be all instructions regarding SOPs and healthy conditions.
